Understanding Turkey Higher Education Environment - Project Proposal

Brief

This dataset includes Turkey Council of Higher Education (TCHE) outlook data and some components covering last five year facts of educational institutions’ foundation years, total number of students, available programs, exchange program facts in detail. The scope of project is to conduct following analyses:

1. Oversee the holistic facts Type of the university State Program method Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate numbers Demography
2. Give interactive analyses on exchange programs
3. Overview of university foundation based on years
4. Statistics of entrance exam based on facts

Objectives

Obtain valuable insights from TCHE raw data Determine which locations have required capability of higher education Amount of schools have higher education (Masters and Philosophy of Doctorate) Inspect data according to province information. Visualize data according to demographical insight

Plan

Find relevant data from source Tidy, clean, manipulate relevant fields Using data visualizations Specify key insights on universities Notify what are the top growing institutions in terms of student volume and other metrics by comparing different datas. Implement user friendly layout
